We're glad you've stopped by for a visit. Hopefully, you've been able to find plenty of helpful information to learn about Southminster as you've browsed our site. Or, maybe this is the first link you've clicked on since arriving. Regardless, I thought I'd take a moment to share with you something of our heart and passion.

 

We are a church that is excited about celebrating its 50th anniversary. God has done a lot of incredible things through the years at Southminster, and we look forward to celebrating many years to come.

 

But at the same time we are looking back in celebratory remembrance, we are enthusiastically looking forward to the next 50 years and beyond. We are intentionally and passionately looking toward the future, seeking to be a "vital, valid and victorious" church for the Kingdom of God in this new millennium ("vital, valid and victorious" are words out of our Vision 2020 statement, which can be found here). We are excited about the work God is going to do in and through us in the South St. Louis County area, and would love to have you join us.
